Grace keeps our office running smoothly. She interacts with patients on the phone and in the office and makes sure that insurance matters are attended to. She assists in preauthorization and liaisons with the Breast Center when appropriate. Grace is also in charge of disability related issues.

Surgical Coordinator

Gina is our Nurse and Surgical Coordinator and handles all issues surrounding surgeries from scheduling to pre-certifications, to pre and post operative care. Gina answers many questions when Dr. Mandel is in surgery and unavailable. She is present for all major surgical consultations so that she is fully aware of all of each patient’s particular issues.
Gracie, CMA
Certified Medical Assistant
Gracie brings patients into the room and helps get them ready for Dr. Mandel by organizing all of their data and doing vital signs. She also assists him in procedures such as breast biopsies and breast ultrasound. Among her other tasks are making sure that mammography and other tests are ordered and taken care of.
